*Important Note
- Papers should be in English

- Regular papers should be up to 10 pages in length
​
- Short papers should be up to 6 pages in length
​
- Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
Proceedings Publication
The proceeding is submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: SCOPUS, DBLP, Google Scholar, Web of Science (CPCI), Elsevier Engineering Index, Cross Ref, as well as Springer Book Series. The accepted and reviewed papers of the 8th ICO’2025 will be published in the Springer Nature "Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems".
